Development of laboratory equipment for the deposition of thin films for research in the area of organic electronics through the roll-to-roll process, with the following characteristics:
Precise flow control, with material consumption considerably lower than traditional processes;
Possibility of using knife, wire-bar and rotogravure deposition techniques in the same equipment, with simple switching;
System for drying films by heated plate with temperature control by digital PID.
Precise control of positioning and tension on the substrate at various points of the equipment.
Software controlled heating and rotation speed in LabVIEW.
